Do our people need to be technical?

No. The field app is deliberately plain: your list of forms, the form itself, and an upload button. Most people are working confidently within a few minutes. It also comes with a written user guide that walks through every screen.

What happens when there is no internet?

The app carries on. Everything is stored on the device, photos included, and uploads by itself as soon as a connection returns. Nobody has to remember to press sync.

Can we change the forms ourselves later?

Yes. Adding a field, renaming one or reordering the page is a drag-and-drop change your own administrator makes and publishes, and crews pick it up automatically. A change that would drop information already recorded asks you to confirm first.

What stops two people overwriting each other?

A form being edited is locked, so others can view it but not overwrite it. If two versions do end up differing, you see them side by side with the differences highlighted and choose which one to keep.

Can our customers see their own reports?

Yes, through the customer portal. You decide what gets published. Their representatives sign in and see only the approved forms belonging to their own company.

What devices does it run on?
